With the holidays coming up it means lots of opportunities for big family dinners! Cooking for the family can be hard but also very fun. Here is a easy and tasty side dish you can bring that your whole family will love!


  • 3 cups cut brussel sprouts
  • 1.5 cups pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt & pepper
  • optional addition: walnuts or almonds


  1. preheat the oven to 375*
  2. cover a baking sheet with parchment paper or tin foil
  3. add brussel sprouts, olive oil, salt and pepper
  4. bake brussel sprouts for 20-35 minutes (until crispy)
  5. top with pomegranate speeds
  6. ENJOY!
